2. Products & Pricing
We try our best to show accurate product images, colors, and prices.Product color may slightly vary due to lighting and your phone screen.Prices can change at any time without prior notice due to stock and import cost.We have the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock or price was wrong.

3. Order & Payment
You can order via Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, or Nagad.For COD, you have to pay delivery charge in advance to confirm the order.Please provide correct Name, Address, and Phone Number. We are not responsible for delivery failure due to wrong information.

4. Delivery Policy
👉Inside Chattogram: 1-2 working days.
👉Outside Chattogram: 2-4 working days.
👉Delivery time may be delayed due to courier issues, weather, or political reasons. This is beyond our control.
👉Delivery Charge: Inside Chattogram 70 TK, Outside 130 TK (Charge non-refundable).

5. Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

You can check the product in front of the delivery man. If there is any manufacturing defect, wrong product, or wrong size, you can return it instantly.After delivery man leaves, we allow exchange within 2 days only if the shoe is unused and box is intact.To exchange, you must pay the return delivery charge.We do NOT accept returns for products that have been used, washed, or damaged by you.
